These terms govern your use of Jova’s websites and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

What Jova is (and isn’t)

Jova is a marketplace that compares vehicle lease offers listed by third-party dealers and brokers. Jova is not a dealer, broker, lender, or leasing company, and does not sell, lease, or finance vehicles. Any lease you enter into is between you and the dealer or broker, on their terms and subject to their approval process.

Offers and pricing

Advertised offers require dealer approval and are subject to credit approval by the leasing bank. Monthly payments shown assume the listed term, annual mileage, and qualifying incentives; they exclude taxes and fees unless noted, and may change or end without notice. Offers described as “$0 down” mean no capitalized cost reduction is required; the first month’s payment, acquisition fee, and standard document and registration fees are still due at signing. Availability, pricing, and incentives are not guaranteed until confirmed in a signed lease agreement.

Reservations

Reserving a deal places you in line for a limited monthly allocation of offers. Reservations are confirmed with a $0 card authorization processed by Stripe; nothing is charged, and any authorization is released automatically. A reservation is not a purchase, does not guarantee a specific vehicle, price, or approval, and creates no obligation for you to lease. Allocations are limited and offered first come, first served; if an allocation is exhausted, we will place you on a priority list and contact you when offers reopen.

Your information

Information you provide must be accurate and yours. Our collection and use of information is described in our privacy policy. By providing a phone number you consent to receive text messages about your reservation; reply STOP to opt out.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services — including scraping at scale, submitting false reservations, interfering with operation, or attempting to access data that isn’t yours.

Intellectual property

The Jova name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Jova or its licensors. Vehicle names and logos belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify offers only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Offer information is supplied by third parties and may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed $100.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the services at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
